Shipping & Returns

Here’s what you need to know about getting your order to you and returning items if needed.

Shipping Information

We’re based in the UK, but we ship SPUDD™ products all over the world.

Dispatch Schedule

We dispatch orders once per week on Wednesdays.

Order cut-off: Monday at 5pm (UK time)

Orders placed before Monday 5pm ship Wednesday

Orders placed after Monday 5pm ship the following Wednesday

This allows us time to carefully prepare, quality check and securely pack every tool before dispatch.

United Kingdom

Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked.

Price includes UK VAT.
Tracking details provided once dispatched.

Ireland, EU and International Orders

Orders ship from the UK.

Local VAT, import duties or courier handling fees may be charged on delivery. These charges are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking is provided on all orders.

Returns & Cancellations

How to submit a cancellation or return request

Sign in to your account by clicking the profile icon in the top right of the website, or by clicking through the link in your order confirmation email. From there you can submit a cancellation or return request directly.

• If your item hasn't shipped yet, you can request a cancellation.
• If your item has already shipped, you can request a return.

Returns

• Items must be returned unopened and unused in their original packaging.
• Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• Used, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned.
