Welcome to SPUDD™ Tools, the brand of Spud Tools Ltd. By using our website www.spuddtools.com, you’re agreeing to these terms — basically, the ground rules for how we run things around here.

Our Designs & Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product designs, logos, text, images, and the SPUDD™ name — is the intellectual property of Spud Tools Ltd.

Our product designs are protected by registered design rights in relevant territories.

The SPUDD™ name and related branding are used as trade marks. All rights reserved.

Design Protection

Our tools are the result of a lot of trial, error, and graft. They’re protected by registered design rights in various countries. These protections cover the unique visual features, shapes, and details that make SPUDD™ Tools what they are.

No Copying or Reproducing

Please don’t copy, reproduce, or sell products that imitate our designs. That includes making or distributing items that look like our jigs or use the SPUDD™ brand in any misleading way.

You also can’t use our logos, brand names, or any of our content for your own commercial purposes without permission.

We take this seriously. If someone tries to pass off or profit from our work, we’ll defend our rights.

Your Privacy

We respect your privacy and only use your information to run our store, send your orders, and keep things working properly.

Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch orders in accordance with the schedule set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these Terms.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure timely arrival, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For international orders, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges. If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping costs or associated fees from your refund.

VAT & International Taxes

All UK orders include VAT at the applicable rate.

For international orders, UK VAT is not charged. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties, local taxes, and customs fees once it arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, any return shipping costs and fees incurred may be deducted from your refund.

Returns & Cancellations

You may request a return in accordance with the process and timeframes set out on our Shipping & Returns page.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Unless goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Limitation of Liability

We make tools to make your work easier, but we can’t be held responsible for indirect or accidental losses that come from using our site or products. This is standard legal stuff — just making sure everything’s clear.

Governing Law

We’re based in the UK, so these terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms occasionally — for example, if we launch new products or change how the site works. When we do, we’ll post the latest version here with an updated date at the top.
